The truck I had should have the transmission checked. I would seam to large between shifts. This would make the motor race. In other words as if it should have shifted sooner.

We reserved a larger truck well over six weeks out. The truck was to be available locally. We kept getting emails saying it would be available to pick up over 4 hours away. After, several emails and unreasonably long holds via phone. We were simply told "'disregard the email, it just lists the closest distribution center - or something like that. Why send an email that is not correct for you? why put us in a panic about our reservation pick up site? why bother me with so much time trying to clarify? Ultimately, and only the day before pick up- they inform they "don't have a truck" in the size we reserved! We ended up with a smaller truck, multiple trips, and not-so happy helpers waiting around in between. Uhaul is a racket you will be lucky to get what you reserve and depend on,

When receiving rental for Saturday, when closed, let customer know your closed , let 1-800-uhaul know your closed. I almost drove 130 miles to find you closed and no uhaul on moving day. Thank God something told me to check. Only bad moment.

Equipment wasn’t ready when I schedualed it. Truck wasn’t clean at all, I have photos to prove it. The trailer we requested wasn’t an inclosed trailer and the trailer we received was full of snow and old wet leafs. The trucks emergency brake didn’t work well, the heat in the truck worked only once and a while, the drive was a very cold drive. After what happened with schedualing when I requested a 8:00 pick up and we couldn’t pick up until 9:00 because the facility opened at 9:00 we waited an hour outside for the place to open, and once the building was open we waited to the staff to get everything up and running and we weren’t able to leave the facility until 10:00 which all of this put us 2 hours behind on scheduale. Not to mention the trucks gas tank wasn’t filled so we had to go out of our way to fill the tank to make sure we had enough to travel where we needed before we had to refuel again. And we returned the truck on full and we will never get compensated for that. This whole Expedia cr was shit! And I don’t think I will ever recommend or use uhal again. I would appriceate a call from your office so we can talk on this.
