Ngozi OThe 15' trailer I had reserved was not honoured and Uhaul told me they can modify the reservation. The trailer was not sufficient for my needs. This was the location Uhaul required me to use and was not the location I had selected. Neither the location nor equipment was what I had booked. The sites do not seem to have anything to do with Uhaul. Overall, the service provided by Uhaul was unacceptable.
