Lori RThis location is great, but your company has significant issues overall. I had a truck reserved for the day following this rental, and you canceled it at the last minute. You don't book a truck for a move at the last minute. It is something you plan, and your inability to deliver it is a disaster for your company. I wish I had done more research before I relied on you, once I did I found numerous instances of the same issue.
