When we picked up the reserved truck at Goo Rooz LLC, electronic pick up. There was not the dollies and blankets reserved. When the crossroads location opened at noon we were able to get the essential appliance dolly and service was excellent

I ordered moving supplies online about five days before my move and found out the day before my move that the supplies won’t get here till the Monday after the Saturday I move. I would suggest on your supply site that you put approximate shipping dates very clearly so people don’t make the mistake of trying to order online. I had to buy goods at the U-Haul location because I’m not going to receive them in time for my move.

The rate was $29.95 but ended up paying $114! Mileage was only 30 miles so feeling a little ripped off. Also, it took 1 hour to get through the desk to get the truck even though it was booked online.

The complete opposite of the Goo Rooz location was the drop off location. The representative I worked with at Crossroads was prompt, professional, and kept things hassle-free. He also took my comments and concerns seriously and allowed me to go on with my day with no additional stress (already plentiful in the moving process). I hope more Uhaul locations will view Crossroads as an example in the future. As for me, I will continue to go with Uhaul but be more wary of which branches I’m routed to because they vary in quality so wildly.

Overall great experience. Due to a fire near our cabin, my original reservation had to be modified to accommodate our access limitations. The customer service was outstanding, assuring that my needs were met. I would recommend this location to everyone and I am confident I will be back!

You know. Its funny Im being asked to review the location where i picked up the truck. This location is great. Jake (i think that's his name) was wonderful. Uhauls online reservation system is a JOKE. I reserved a 26' truck to be picked up at 10:30am. I got an email confirming that info. Then, I got a text stating my truck was reserved to be picked up at a different location than i had set up and at 4:30pm. WHAT THE HECK!? I called the phone number and got a rude lady who said it was my fault for reserving a truck the same day i needed it. I ended up having to settle for a 10' truck. When i got to the uhaul location Jake was very professional. Unfortunately the uhaul software wouldn't cooperate and even the phone for uhaul was a mess. Jake and I worked through it and we got er' done. I cant say as much for uhauls website and their customer services reps on the phone.What ever, I kinda got what I needed. It just took 3 times longer and 3 times the miles. So, to sum it up. Uhauls website and reps SUCK a$$. This location CROSSROADS SELF STORAGE is awesome.

U-haul.com was simply inconsistent with their ability to confirm that the requested equipment would ACTUALLY be available at the requested location at the time of pickup. I am glad that I elected to sort-of bypass the U-haul.com system and speak directly with the representatives at Crossroads Self Storage. This decision did result in a double booking however, but Jake at Crossroads handled the issue over the phone in seconds. I want to say that Jerry and Jake were a joy to work with both on the phone as well as in person. They were extremely helpful with my request for a late pickup and everything worked as planned!! Fantastic bridge between U-haul.com and the consumer. Highly recommend calling Crossroads first to set up your rental. Extremely professional and accommodating. Thank you Crossroads Self Storage!!

Guided me on how to deal with a 26 foot truck rented at another store that was showing issues. He even helped me to contact roadside assistance even though it was time for his store to close. Excellent customer assistance!!!

We were told the pick up time would be 3pm and we arrived at this time but there was no van. The prior renter was still using the van and a van did not come available until 4 hours later. We needed the van to load up for the move the following day. Once we finally got the van we had to work until 9pm to get it fully loaded. Because of our inconvenience we were told we would get a $50 credit but no such credit was ever processed.

You could align your pricing so that it is consistent for similar trips. My trip consisted of 2 separate legs, the first was from Eugene, OR, to Fort Collins, CO, for a 6 day rental and the second from Fort Collins, CO, to Eugene, OR, for a 5 day rental. The first leg of the trip was from 6/27/19 - 7/2/19 and the second leg from 7/5/19 - 7/9/19. The cost of the first part of the trip was $338 and the cost of the second part of the trip was $650 with the difference of more than $300 for the exact same mileage with virtually the same drop off locations with one less rental day. I will never use U-haul again because of this and think that it is the biggest example of price gouging I have ever personally witnessed. For your employees to not be able to tell me that there was going to be such a price increase when I dropped off the trailer after the first leg so that I could potentially re-evaluate what I wanted to do is horrible customer service. After hauling the softball gear and equipment to Fort Collins for the tournament and to be charged double to get the same gear and equipment home while traveling the same distance to the same destination, this overcharge was completely unethical and a blatant example of price gouging. I will never use U-haul again for anything.

Unfortunately, I have had to use Uhaul for the past 2 years in a longtanding storage units.... move ins and move outs. I hate Uhaul and after I am done end of August with my final Uhaul need, I hope I NEVER will have to use again!! From A thru Z, dealing with the national phone line many many times, rogue employee associates, and incorrect pick up locations and times.....that happen more than not, is beyond repair. A rogue associate took my credit card number again, and then hung up, and there was NO RECORD OF OUR CALL!!! i hate hate hate Uhaul, their HOLDS on bank accounts when it's a blatant withdrawal and not a hold......it goes on and on. It's a monopoly and if I were in charge of shutting down companies this one I would do three times over!!!!! HATE UHAUL.COM!

I purchased some boxes when i reserved the vehicle. the night before I was to pick up the vehicle I got a call wanting my credit card # to secure the vehicle (I had already given it at the location). It was after hours, so i had no way to verify that the caller was legit. That made me a little uneasy so I declined and went early the next morning. That process should be made clearer up front.

Getting the u-haul was dificult. I went to three locations..the first was closed, the second had committed their 20' to someone else, the third was the charm. Better communication between schedulers and holders of equipment would greatly improve the process!
