Location is very easy to reach and the environment is so users friendly I highly recommend this location for the staff as well as the facility making a stressful transition very peaceful and loving.

I understand why the online renting is so intensive, but I was really annoyed by it, especially the gas part. I drove 5 miles total and was being charged for like an eighth a tank of gas. Next time I will do this in person if possible. Or I'll use another location if not.

Mark B.The cab of the truck needs a step. The average person will have a hard time climbing aboard. I injured my knee getting in. Second, the truck was VERY noisy and loud at highway speeds! There appears to be NO sound insulation in the cab. Beyond that the truck was in good shape mechanically and clean! Jay
