We had the hardest time getting the access code to our box. The U-Haul system had this location as an operable business when the entire thing is remotely ran. We had to call 3 times and get transferred all over until they finally connected us to someone local who could adjust our reservation and give us actually answers.

Laura LI was told to fill the tank to where it was when I picked up. Which I did. I drove a total of 17 miles. I put the gas back to the half full which is where it was when I picked up. But my receipt showed I paid for 18 gallons. I knew these clowns were gonna do that! How do I get my money back?
