The office was very dirty and stuff laying around. To many people running in and out interruptions that were not customers. But employees were very helpful. This establishment needs a computer. I was not happy with her taking pictures on her phone if our personal information but was the only place to pick up our reservation. This made me feel very uneasy to see her doing this on a cell phone when it's a business. U-Haul should provide them a computer.
