Arthur OThe office was very dirty and stuff laying around. To many people running in and out interruptions that were not customers. But employees were very helpful. This establishment needs a computer. I was not happy with her taking pictures on her phone if our personal information but was the only place to pick up our reservation. This made me feel very uneasy to see her doing this on a cell phone when it’s a business. U-Haul should provide them a computer.

Karen CFive days prior to needing the truck. I ordered a 26’ truck to to move my furniture from my storage unit to my home. Where I was trying to do everything in one trip. But the haul place only had a 20’ truck for me. Although I was able to squeeze my belongings into the truck for one trip. I would have preferred the 26’ truck. With that being said Uhaul didn’t give me the $50 because the truck I ordered wasn’t available to me even though I ordered it five days prior
Willie ADropped off when place was closed but followed directions for drop off and it was ok. . Overall the reservation and pick up was a disaster. Not happy with U-Haul once again.
