The interior of the truck had some kind of sticky stuff on the passenger seat that I didn’t notice until my I picked my sister up and she sat in it and her pants were wet. The truck had just been returned not long before I picked it up. The girl that handled my transaction was very nice though and the handtruck i rented didn’t work either. But the truck drove fine

Jesse KI was told by a representative at uhaul that if you went over 100 miles on a daily rental (I got a 10' truck and car transport) that you get a discounted mileage rate. This was not honored at this location and when I asked he just said not for this rental. I was confused and just paid because I was tired after a long afternoon of driving to transport a vehicle. I didn't feel like arguing.
Joseph AMy rental agreement with you all was for the period of one day. I did not keep the truck for it the entire day. I picked up the truck after 9:00 and it was returned to the store before 8:00 p.m. on that same day. The reason being,...The truck was dirty inside and out and smell like horse manure..... After doing my inspection of the lot and comparing the truck that I was given to the others in the lot think I was intentionally given this dirty smelly truck.
