No personnel on location at return location did return truck on time and clean, with more fuel than needed, dropped key in lock box, called 2 numbers for location contact no answer and was forwarded to U-Haul call center, was told nothing more I could do, then was charged a late fee a day later for not using app to check out, Really? Called U-Haul support center, spoke with Ashley about removing late fee, she said only Jeff Area Manager can remove fee and would call from a 630 # have not heard anything yet, would not use Trojan Storage of South Elgin, IL, frustrating.
