Cubby hole in Shreveport was fine. UHaul on Barksdale hwy, bossier city, Louisiana, where I WAS SCHEDULED to pick up my truck was THE MOST LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...horrible experience. No truck, sent me to wrong 2nd location, was over an hour delayed. NEVER AGAIN
