Steven SThe U-haul's tires were very worn down on the rear to begin with. If it had been raining, I would not have been comfortable driving it. Also, while driving it, the check engine warning light came on. When I would apply the brakes as I approached a red light, the engine would " over-rev" and would do this every time when coming to a stop. The engine warning light was on for approximately 4hrs out of my 8 hour trip which made me very nervous and upset as thought I was going to break down. Just not a great experience for the almost $600.00 I paid for the unit.

Rudy HYour system is broke. The last two times that I have see your company are the last. The time on august you over charged me and would not refund. I spent hours in the phone trying to resolve. This time I turn the rental in early and I’m charged $2.00 because even though it’s not in the same city it closes at to me drop off. It was 1.50 mile from my drop off.

The two staff on site were helpful, had beautiful smiles on their face and greeted me with enthusiasm! They were also very helpful and helping me decide what I needed to do and were most polite ! 100%. The same when I returned rental !! Even the gentleman who came to help me unload ! Excellent! Would highly recommend!!
