GREGORY SThe Lady was very helpful in understanding my situation.
ARIELLE JThis is the worst place. I’ve had to deal with in a long time and I’m pretty sure they stole my hundred dollar cash deposit. They can only show me receipts for one credit card charge and never were able to come up with a second one that proved that my deposit was used as my payment. They wanted me to go back and confirm with my bank and check my payments, which is ridiculous. The customer service was horrible. The girl working there hung up on me when I called him three separate times then stood there with an attitude. Well, I made my complaint to her boss the entire time giving off even more attitude you have unprofessional people working here and unprofessional people backing them up. The only person in there that seems to have any sense was the boss he needs to fire everybody and start over.
