The checking out of a vehicle needs to be quicker when in person. I did everything on line and it still room 20 minutes to checkout. The on line return did not work for me at all. Even though my location setting was on it could not determine my location.Mark S.

We called ahead because we knew we would be returning after hours. Being familiar with the location, I knew they would want the trailer behind a gate. The representative that we spoke with ensured us that we would get a code in the check in process to get in the gated area. After driving for 16 hours, we went to return the trailer after unloading. We never got a gate code and couldn't get in to drop off the trailer. I tried calling U-Haul 1-800 for assistance but they did not answer (spent more than 30 minutes on hold before I gave up). I drove home and kept the trailer overnight. I returned the trailer the next day and when I called to get a code, was given the same information about the â€œembedded codeâ€ and that I just missed it. I talked to the representative down in the gated area and she was less than apologetic for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this location.Martin B.

Have proper communication with 3rd party websites that book reservations. That way the Uhaul is ready before I get there..instead i had to sit and wait in the car in the rain for almost 30 mins while it was being cleaned. I am paying by the hour so i should have been given that time back.ALISSA C.

The wait to get my vehicle was much longer than expected. It seemed that the employee was new and was having a lot of challenges. She was very nice and very apologetic though. However, my biggest frustration was that most of the information that was asked at the facility was already entered on-line. I think it's frustrating when systems do that--don't waste my time on-line if you're going to make me complete it again when I pick up.KIMBERLEY B.

Drop off process very confusing. Sign indicated drop off in nearby location and to refer to the U-Haul app, but app did not provide code to access gated lot where key drop box was located BEHIND the dense. Instructions need to be much more clear for after hours drop off.Tom R.

The vehicle I was assigned had incorrect gas cap. The gas cap was yellow and required E85 Gasoline. I called the representative and they informed me to fill the vehicle up with regular gasoline instead of E85. Had I not called and verified the gasoline requirement for the vehicle, I probably would have followed the instructions on the gas cap and possible damaged the vehicle. This could be due to oversight on management or gross negligence from management. Furthermore, the receptionist and manager attitude's and customer service were subpar at best and degrading at worst. Through out my discussion with them, I had to introduce myself to receive assistance and when I did get it, I felt I was unheard. The agents would ask me what I needed and how they could assist me. As I answered the question, the agents would interject and carry on a conversation that had no relation to my comments or questions. As I tried to repeat myself, the agents would be more confrontational and I decided to not continue the dialogue. Overall, I felt unheard and unwanted. Thus, I do not recommend this neighbourhood location nor will seek their assistance for future rentals.Muse M.

The location and the truck were fine. The self-service app is a pain in the neck. If you had better hours (i.e. open until 5 or so) I would have dealt in person. The many steps on my phone were tedious. Photographing the returned van in the dark was a disaster, yet I couldn't leave until my photos were accepted. Hard to do on a cold, dark night in a parking lot!Ralph S.
