Let them know that mobile phone pickup means no one is physically available at the location so that they cant order accessories or supplies.

The truck has several issues. One affected me. The other will affect a future customer if it is not corrected. The issue that affected me: the light switch or the light switch in conjunction with other switches, didn't work. So the lights stayed on. So the battery became discharged. I called Roadside Assistance and they did send someone to replace the battery within an hour, which was fine. But that didn't solve the issue long term. Whenever I stopped for any length of time, I had to disconnect the battery cable to prevent the battery becoming discharged. Additionally, I think you have the left front wheel bearing starting to whine and that could leave someone stranded in the future.

wash the vans after use. check the engine. i had problems with the battery appearing to run down from 20 amps to 9 amps while i was driving and NOT using any of the accessories like the radio

Easy to rent a van and furniture dolly for the day. Price was very straignt forward, base price plus milage. wil use them again when i need access to a van to haul furniture.

The after hours mobile return process was really clunky and hard to do. The Uhaul site instructed me to turn on location services in settings, but did not explain how to actually do that.

We were 1st in the door as they opened, hoped to rent a dolly, too, but they were all gone. Also the computer system seemed terribly slow & inefficient, but the staff was very competent.

The parking lot was a little tricky to navigate - there was no signage on where returning trucks could or could not park, and so people were just going wild parking their trucks wherever when they went into return them - which made it difficult to enter/exit when we were trying to get out after dropping our* truck off. Not the fault of the location that there was a ton of snow, but maybe more clear signs could help when people are returning and picking up trucks?

Renting from 7th Street Storage was hands down the BEST move I've ever experienced. I had expected to run around town reserving trucks and storage units but as luck would have it, 7th Street Storage had it ALL. Knowledgeable, thorough, kind. Even the customer interface team was incredible. This place made moving during the polar vortex easier when I never expected it could. Absolutely go here.

When I reserved the van I indicated I didn't want CDW. When reviewing the contract it was not discussed and I didn't realize I was signing for it. I did not fight it, because I should have read the contract, but it should have been discussed when reviewing the contract on the front end. Staff was wonderful and the van was brand new and drove beautifully.

How could I be charged an additional 24 dollars for gas after I put enough gas for the amount that was in the vehicle when I picked it up. I was given a vehicle with 3/4 of a tank when I had to drive 4 hours? Why not fill it up so I don’t have to stop. Unbelievable I would charge me that much more money for gas. I will definitely be telling everyone I know how poor the service was especially when u have to pay that much additional money.

UHaul switched our truck size without any notification or approval. Emailed receipt cannot be viewed--does not enlarge. Will I receive a bill in the US mail? I guess I have to look up their number and call them. Don't you think that would be stated in the followup email? We had total undivided staff attention at outlet and it still took 45 minutes to pickup rig and get going. Help were friendly. U Haul stuff was cause of delay.

Provide customer with more information on how to return. Walk with the customer on checking vehicle. These vehicles (trucks) are so banged up that it seems they don't care, but gotta be careful about the mileage, since it could be wrong in the contract papers and U-Haul charges quickly for anything.
