I picked the truck up and the fuel gauge was just to say on full. They had me confirm full but when started to drive down the road the gauge dropped to almost 3/4 of a tank. I pulled over right away and took a photo of the gauge and called the location. They told me they would adjust the change when I dropped off the truck. I filled it up on return past the full mark and they confirmed they would adjust the bill when dropped off the truck. They never adjusted my bill and charged me full so basically I ended up paying for someone else's fuel that did not fill up the vehicle. This is the second time this has happened and I will now start shopping around at other rental facilities going forward. Gary
