10 minutes before we were to pick up our truck at the location indicated when we reserved it, we got a phone call telling us we had to go to a different location to pick up the truck and also we had to drop off the truck at that same location vs Kenmore - which is where we needed it to be dropped off. The rep I spoke to literally signed when I told her how much of an inconvenience this was for us. She could have cared less. Same with the General Manager at the Rainier Ave S store, Brion, he told us "call wherever you made the reservation and they will give you a $50 credit, there is nothing I can do" never once even looked at us. Never said I apologize for your inconvenience, nothing. The rep I spoke to about the credit, Marnie or Marty, was great. She credited us - she was the only positive piece to this whole experience. You did this to us before. Your c/s could care less - you make last minute changes causing major inconveniences and have no remorse for it.JEFFREY ALAN B.
U-Haul is doing great by us n a house renovation project. We're always picking up loads and dropping off things to get the job done. The Renton WA store has been terrific. They always have the right sized vehicle and their customer service is excellent. Recently we've used U-Haul for a house project we're working on. Their customer service and the quality of their vehicles is excellent. The company has made significant changes from several years ago. They have automated reservations which cuts the wait time. 1. I waited 30 minutes to receive service even though I checked in online and provided photos of my DL. Slow service set me back 45 minutes on a day I needed every moment. 2. I was given a truck with a gas tank only 1/4 full. Again, Uhaul waisted my time since I needed to stop for gas twice. Once at the beginning and once at the end. 3. The truck shattered a lot while driving without a load but just fine once it was loaded. In the future, I will look for other rental companies with better equipment. 4. The checkin process on my phone didn't work. I was getting server errors. I had not more time to waste that morning so this was an annoyance over doing the walk through with a person. 5. Not all the Uhaul employees were wearing masks. Shame on Uhaul management and employees for not maintaining a safe environment for the employees and customers.Ilan B.

The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant even though the store was very busy. All the staff were doing their best to keep a fast pace and getting thru the numerous customers. I was not immediately made aware that the picture I took of the fuel gauge would increase the recorded amount of fuel in the tank on my contract, so I was surprised when I was told I owed a fuel charge or needed to fill up more than I already had.Tiffany B.
We can't think of anything you need to improve on. We found this to be the most efficient U-Haul location we have been to and we are frequent renters of a 5 foot by 9 foot trailer. It was clean, the people helped us connect it to the truck and they were right there when we returned it. This was our first visit to this location but it won't be our last.STEVEN L.

I am very upset because I told them I will return the van after the 5 hours and it will be tonight. The sales associate did not tell me there is a $20.00 after hour fee will be charge if you will not check out as per contract. The General Manager is not a nice person.
