Before the pick-up, the gas tank was nearly empty. The fuel light came on while I was driving. Before returning the rental, I filled up the tank to the closest tic mark. For gas, I was charged an additional $15.00. I am dissatisfied with the service quality.

When I arrived, nobody was available in the store to help. I waited for the person to get off break, and then she was very helpful. This was a furniture store in a neighborhood that I did not feel safe. I would have never chosen this location.
