Before the pick-up, the gas tank was nearly empty. The fuel light came on while I was driving. Before returning the rental, I filled up the tank to the closest tic mark. For gas, I was charged an additional $15.00. I am dissatisfied with the service quality.Dacia L.

I reserved the trailer online in another city. I was called days prior to say the only trailer was at this location - 50 miles from the original reservation. When I arrived, nobody was available in the store to help. I waited for the person to get off break, and then she was very helpful. This was a furniture store in a neighborhood that I did not feel safe. I would have never chosen this location.Mike W.

The contactless check-in did not work AGAIN. Your customer service phone line is always an unreasonable wait time. Our location (we tried it on 2 different phones) showed in the parking lot, but Uhaul kept saying we were not at our destination. We had to wait for the store to open to pick it up. The gentleman at the location was awesome and things went quickly after he arrived. I have moved my children numerous time over past few years. And slways use UHAUL. Im disappointed UHAUL has such terrible customer service.DARCY B.

Recommend ALL rental drop off locations give U-Haul customers a form letter of acceptance of the rented vehicles. All customers have to sign acceptance of vehicles being rented but, have to rely on acceptance of the drop off location manager to log it in on their phone or store computer after the customer leaves the area.LOSSEE S.

Staff at location were very helpful but the location has limited hours so we were directed to use the uhaul app to pick up the truck. The app is terrible, and every uhaul personnel member on the sites and via chat agree with that assessment. It is user unfriendly, poorly designed, and we will never use it again. Chat could be improved as well, because the chat person is stuck trying to help you make the app work. what a waste of their time and mineDavid D.

The store we had to pick up and drop truck off were rude. I was told nothing would be charged until truck was returned instead I was charged $87.00 at time of pick up and was charged another $130.00. None of this was told to me at any timeKatherine T.

Make sure the equipment has been made road ready!! The truck had a major exhaust leak to the point that he cabin filled with exhaust and had to have windows open the whole way even to the point that I became dizzy!!! Also, had to add oil to the engine along with extreme vibration!! Not fun on a 1040 mile trip!!!Douglas C.

Never would I ever use them again ever! Was the worst experience ever! I ordered my truck & they said it would be ready by 9pm & they would call me with in an hour to tell me where to pick up my truck! I drove 2 hours & 25mins to where we was going to! Mind you I'm 8months pregnant with a my 8 year old child with me! We get there & the place is closed call 1800 for help & get transferred over & over spent 3 hours on the phone! Had to drive 40mins out of our way to pick up a different truck! That truck was not in the best of places bunch of crack heads walking around a few ask if they could help me! I was so scared that I was crying on the phone asking them to please hurry! I talked to a rep that was so kind her name was Nancy & one other that tryd her best but could not do anything & had to transfer me! Many reps hung up on me others told me I'm screwed tell 7am! Worse feeling was being stuck somewhere with no where to go, & scared because I was lied to!Jimmie L.

I have been charged 3 separate time for this rental. I have called several times to correct it only to get the run around. David said it was U-Haul who automatically charges. U-Haul customer service representative says it's the locations's fault. I don't know who to believe. And I am out $122.50. Very disappointed!!Tanya M.
The person who handled my transaction was late arriving at the store. He told me that he has no way of knowing in advance that someone is picking up a truck on a particular day, so he didn't know he needed to be there to have the truck ready for me. Between him being late, and the fact that the truck was not ready (covered in snow), I wasn't able to leave with it until 50 minutes after the designated pick up time. This resulted in me paying my loading help for time that I wasn't even home with the truck. This was an extremely frustrating experience that made the process of moving much more stressful than it would have otherwise been. The system needs to be improved so the vendors are aware that someone is picking up a truck so they can be prepared.Melanie C.

The person who checked us out was attempting to manage three different "businesses". I felt (after the fact) that she didn't have a good command of policies of U-Haul. She was pleasant but the site didn't have any one to assist us. Please see drop off location comments.Summer L.

There was a huge pothole in the drive that was hard to avoid. Since it was a mix of businesses through one owner there were people there as I was dropping the vehicle off that we dealing with other issues which didn't make it convenient for me. There were multiple employees trying to close up the business for the night but only one person assisting customers.NATHAN C.
The location was difficult getting to. Had to travel through a neighborhood to get to the store. Tree limbs and low hanging wires were worrisome when you have a large truck pulling an auto transport.ANTOINETTE S.
