I was charged $25 to remove some boxes from the trailer that I left so that another family could use them free of charge. They were gently used boxes. I can’t believe I was charged a cleaning fee for the boxes left in the trailer. I would never use this location for storage or any moving needs nor would I refer them. They were rude and unwilling to come to a reasonable agreement!!!

Mitch was very helpful for a very stressful situation. This was the fourth location we had been to after reserving a Uhaul trailer at the Court St location. That location did not have our reserved trailer and did not notify us that our reserved trailer would not be available. It was a complete and utter nightmare as an hour after our reservation time, and three locations later, we found out the size we needed wasn't even in Tri Cities. We came to Security Mini Storage to get the next available size and Mitch was understanding of our situation and handled it very professionally.

Gate to secure area is in need of repair and can only be operated by staff inside the building (for anyone looking for 24 hour access to their storage unit, now 4/28/18 is not the time to use this location). This location needs to have more than one staff member working or quicker response to customer needs (took over half an hour after completing initial paperwork inside with express check-in completed online before help was received outside to connect and test a trailer).

Change the call in phone number. I received a message to call 509-545-5058, that number just rang and rang, numerous times. Had to find an alternative number to call to confirm the reservation.

Inform truck renters whether or not the mirrors are adjustable or not. Agent/rep was courteous and professional.

They had a very limited stock of towing parts. I had forgotten a pin to lock the drawbar in the receiver. I expected U-Haul to have several in stock since they deal in hitches, drawbars etc. They had one weird universal that was very expensive, I had to go down the street and find a suitable one and come back before I could hitch up.
