The truck was great. Only things I found wrong was the inside of the truck loading part had plant dirt inside. It also rain very bad and the drivers side got my husband soak and wet.

Trying to use the app and coordinate picking up was a complete nightmare!
Jason FDo not insult customers by using the wrong terminology. Said Car trailer she thought enclosed trailer. Corrected me rudely. She had to deal with her store customers first! Aren’t we customers too!? We were interrupted four times and just had to wait. When walking out, the last customer said it’s always like that. That’s why he doesn’t come here to return or drop off uhauls. It’s horrible.She did not assist in taking off trailer or even check it. She even handed us her phone to put in our email address instead of typing in herself.
