I used the Uhaul App to return my trailer after business hours. That is why there was not any personnel there to help me. The app makes everything super easy. I highly recommend downloading it.
JAMES Gi did not receive the blankets i had ordered and you tried to charge me for gas when i had refilled the truck beyond the amount of gas in it when i picked it up. you didnt charge me for the gas but i didnt get credit for the blankets you charged me for but didnt provide

ANCA HNo issues with the Rental Pick Up Location. Staff at Blacklook Storage North was very friendly. The condition of the Rental Truck was dirty (uncleaned dried spilled coffee on center counsole), had worn out windshield wipers (did not function and streaked with each wipe), only quarter tank of gas (expect it to be topped off at pick up), had unordered handtruck, undocumented damage to driver side. Rental Truck had loud noise whenever idling and had very poor fuel efficiency (some stretches of the long road trip; only got 10 miles per the gallon).
