DAVID R.I had initially reserved the truck through Schraders. Received a call from “corporate “ two days prior to pick up with a change in location. Was very frustrated with the lack of collaboration the staff calling with the location change provided. I was able to call Schraders directly and arrange for them to go get the truck, and bring it back to Mt. Pleasant. They were wonderful and extremely helpful. The staff from uhaul were not helpful.
