The inside of the trailer was not clean on the inside when I picked it up. Lots of dirt/debris and floor is stained . I cleaned the debris but not the stains .I took before pictures just in case it comes back to me and charged for it. I can be contacted at 985-791-3051 if you need the pictures

LAURENA HI reserved one size truck, only to go to pick it up and find out it wasn't available until the next day. Why would I need it a day later when my plan to move was today? Do better. Had to rent a larger truck for a higher price, not professional at all.
Stephanie CTerrible customer service. Had to wait for her to finish cutting hair to help me. Told me to hurry up, she's not connecting the trailer in the rain. Man hooking up trailer did not speak- no hello or thank you. Rude and entitled.

Kris TI'm very disappointed that even after making a reservation a week in advance, my equipment was not in the desired location. I had to travel about 70 miles each way to get it. (Time & gas) and no compensation whatsoever. Then the trucks check engine light came on about halfway through the trip. I was told to continue on after reporting. Very stressful being in the middle of nowhere not knowing if I could rely on the truck to not breakdown.
Blake CDespite stating operating hours were 0800-1800, facility was locked and closed sign posted. I dropped trailer withing return time frame, 1340 to be exact, but since no one was there at that time, I was charged an extra day because this facility chose to process return at 1609. Deceitful on top of unhelpful.

Ben WTruck was clean, 5/8 tank of gas. But, the drivers side windshield wiper was loose and the metal arm started scratching the windshield. It would not clean the glass and damaged it. I had to buy a new wiper after getting into a snowstorm.

DAVID RI had initially reserved the truck through Schraders. Received a call from "corporate " two days prior to pick up with a change in location. Was very frustrated with the lack of collaboration the staff calling with the location change provided. I was able to call Schraders directly and arrange for them to go get the truck, and bring it back to Mt. Pleasant. They were wonderful and extremely helpful. The staff from uhaul were not helpful.
Michelle RThe chain that was attached to the hitch was twisted up but still hung close to the ground. At my first gas stop the chain was broken. Upon closer inspection some of the links were worn very thin. I rigged it up with zip ties, but of course those kept breaking, too. If something would have happened I would have had NO emergency chain to depend on. I ask that the chains are replaced regularly and not hung so close to the ground. I spent several days very anxious about the lack of safety measures that the chain would have offered. I've tried to contact people about this, but was unable to reach anyone that really cared about the danger this poses. I only received a $50 gift card for putting up with broken equipment.
Cynthia MAttendant was friendly but I left the location with no receipt to show that I had returned trailer. Received electronic confirmation later but customer should have a return receipt immediately when trailer is returned. A dishonest employee could claim trailer was not returned or was returned damaged and customer would have no receipt to refute that claim..
Daniel MOnly problem I have I wanted to rent in Washington but no vehicles there to rent so I had to go through Mt Pleasant which caused me to be charged for more mileage that is my only complaint

Jerry LHave used uhaul two other times and this truck I had should be retired. With the check engine light on and the steering seems loose or wondering. 139000 miles I think it has seen its last days. I know the place I rented wasn't their fault but uhaul should look at their equipment closer.
Steve WI was charged $99 for a 5hr rental. .52¢ per mile was never mentioned during the inquiry of rental NOR DURING THE RENTAL PROCESS. We made 1-28 mile trip & back again. I WILL NOT give UHAUL my business again due to hidden fees. I could have made 3 trips in my Jeep for less money. And will next time. Very disappointed w my charges. Had I known I'd be charged $99+ for 5 hrs. I'd have just kept it parked for my remaining 19 hr rental period.

Susan HI rented a 6x12 trailer to haul some 12' panels, but the inside of of the trailer was only 11' 10-1/2" long and the panels stuck out 1-1/2". I had to tie the doors almost closed.
Mark EThis truck's ABS braking system was not working. While this 26' truck was actually quite new and clean, it was in need of a serious trip to the shop. Everything about the ride was uncomfortable and when traveling over a road even slightly bumpy it felt like one's neck would be damaged.
