Didn't have the trailer I needed, but was able to substitute another one, after the Original location (Apache sands) that I went to was CLOSED despite the U-Haul site allowing me to book for the specific day and time, and showing that they were open at that time.GREGORY M.

Truck sounded like it was going to break down at any time but it still got us to where we needed to go. The app said the mileage we entered was less then what we started with but I checked the paperwork and mileage before leaving. I was unable to complete the return on the truck through the app. The lady that helped us out could have been more friendly.MONICA D.
I will never use uhaul again. As if moving isn't stressful enough, try being told that you'll have to haul a trailer 2 extra hours if you want it at all, and an extra four hours if you don't want to be penalized. Had a "guaranteed rental" and confirmed it at 7am the day of, but when got to the location, was told only trailer available was an hour (one way!) out of our way. On top of that, the manager's manager told us that we'd be charged extra if we didn't return the trailer to that location!!!! They said the $50 refund for the "guaranteed rental" was to compensate us for the inconvenience. $50 doesn't start to cover the added stress on moving day, let alone the gas and time it would take to drive that trailer FOUR HOURS OUT OF OUR WAY. I asked to receive a call from the next level of management. I was told they'd call me in 2 hours but it's been four days and no call. Now we're done with the trailer so I called the traffic supervisor again and they again refused to apply any discount or waive the fees for not returning to the original location. Well, we decided to return it to a nearby location and eat the extra fees... but were then told that location needed the trailer anyways, so they'd give a discount on the penalty fees. Worst. When 2 women show up to return equipment that are limited mobility don't be an ass and just sit there when they ask you for assistance. When we returned the trailer I had asked the guy that disconnected it if the adapter we just purchased could fall out and he said well yeah so I asked could you get it for me and he just sat there!!! I told the gal inside and she didn't even give me a response to my complaint. What the heck Uhaul doesn't have customer service values anymore or what?!Natalie S.

The customer service is very very disappointing. I felt so insecure that I have to record the conversation for transparency and my safety. I felt racially discriminated when they said there was no truck to rent and then rented the truck after I booked the truck online 5 minutes later. Absolutely horrid experience.Vijay P.
