LAWRENCE C.The remote pick up is a nightmare. The truck wasn't parked where the photo showed...never got my code to get the keys...had to call and wait on hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone and get the code. The additional rental equipment I paid for and reserved were not present. All in all, I will NOT do a remote rental again.
