LAWRENCE CVERY pleased with staff's friendliness and ability to quickly rent the vehicle. The only improvement I can think of would be to make the details of the vehicle clearer - print was very small. Maybe a walkout to the vehicle to point out/verify the mileage and show where the tow/haul button is (took me a while to notice it was on (while driving) so I could turn it off while not needed.

LAWRENCE CThe truck had a lot of miles on it. A belt in the engine squealed while accelerating - especially when haul/load was engaged. This caused some concern that it might fail while on the road. The brakes feel weak. The pickup didn't have the heavy appliance hand truck I reserved. And they only had half the number of furniture blankets that I requested - and my wife had to return to the location after opening hours to get the blankets.

LAWRENCE CInside the truck was dirty, and the vehicle had a faulty ignition switch which had me worried a few times because the truck wouldn't start. This took minutes each time I tried starting the truck. Then the headlight switch located to the left of the steering wheel kept caving in when pressure was applied.
CARL WIf you're renting after hours, don't! I waited over an hour on the phone only to be hung up on due to technical difficulties and had to start over. The link finally magically appeared. Get the truck when they are open.

LAWRENCE CMake sure everything is in great working order. AC had to be charged on the road and I sat for over 1.5 hours. Yes I could have driven with the windows down, but there was a severe storm and the windshield would have been fogged up, causing dangerous driving.

LAWRENCE CHi, this has nothing to do woth the facility I used, Cassidy was fantastic! For uhaul overall, I tried to use my MASTERCARD that is attached to my bank and it's says unable to use a prepaid account. Get it together.

LAWRENCE CI was able to call in and reserve a truck rental 15 minutes before I picked it up. I was greeted and treated very well by a staff member. I utilized the truck for 2 hours and returned it with no problems. I will go back again if needed.
