Have a truck there when your customer reserved one


Everything was great!!! Customer service was outstanding!!!


Check out is in the dark ages. One person with no scanning of driver license, number entered by hand. No swiping of credit card, entered by hand. There were 2 people ahead at 9 am and it takes 15 minutes per person. When I was done there the line had stretched to 6. At 15 minutes each, I it would be over an hour for sixth person in line. Automate or get 2 people at counter for processing.

Took over an hour to get my truck due to system issues even with a reservation and early check in. Incredibly frustrating

Initially, the gentlemen running the place was under manned. I walked up he was outside on a break and said he would be in to take care of me in a few minutes. He proceeded to take his full break while I waited. Now he redeemed himself when I returned my vehicle a few minutes after closing to take care of any need I had-excellent. He went above and beyond. He just needs more help or someone to spell him at the desk so he can take a break.

Ms. Jackson was awesome at the service desk...the U-Haul does need work...I did get fumes inside the cab from an exhaust leak. Other than that, no issues. Ray

Everyone was friendly and the cargo van was excellent. I was rather disturbed by the lack of staff wearing masks. It is mandated by the state and no one was wearing one or if they had one they were not wearing them properly (ie under the nose or taking it off when on the phone)

The only knock I have is being charged a cleaning fee of $25. The truck was returned with cab clean & devoid of trash, the bed was clean with only a rented dolly & blankets left inside. Most of the blankets were still in original plastic bags. Did I get charged for not folding the blankets???


Stood in line for an hour. Before I got waited on. The day before I reserved the trailer. Had to go through it again to get the trailer. Will never use you all again.

Have more people working so you don't have to stand in line as long


The after hours return procedure was ridiculous. Most of it was unnecessary. Just drop the keys in the box. YOU inspect it the next day, NOT me taking pictures at 11pm at night. Price was more than I was led to believe too. Won't be back!

I reserved a truck weeks in advance when I got there it wasn't ready. The gentleman behind the counter said it may be here in an hr but he wasn't sure apparently the previous renter kept it one more day. I know being the end of the month it's hard to get a truck that's why I reserved it weeks in advance. I called the rental place an hour and fifteen minutes after he said it was supposed to be back and it wasn't. Then they called me about twenty minutes later and said there was a truck available but I had to go get it. It was about 20 minutes more from my house and across a toll bridge. So not only I had to drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way I had to pay a toll twice and I had to pay my movers 4 hrs more than expected. What is the point of making a reservation if you are not going to honor it. I understand you can't predict what the previous renter will do but you should have a backup plan. I have rented multiple trailers and trucks from Uhaul over the years including moving from Seattle to North Carolina and have never had an issue like this. Honor your reservations is the bottom line or have a backup plan for things to go wrong.

This was the worst experience I've had with any moving or storage company ever. Can was not ready. Then I received a van with a tire warning light on, about which I was not told or advised. The service in store was as bad as any I've seen in recent memory. They were not ready for any customer who was there. From arrival for my "reservation" to getting my van, I waited around 130 minutes. I would never recommend this location to anyone in its current operation. Also, let me be clear: this was not all on the employees who were present. They clearly were scrambling at opening and were behind from the start. That tells me it is a larger problem than these individuals.


Tell people about the after hours return. And that they will be charged 20$ of you don't fill out yalls dumb ass form online.

One employee there was unprofessional- talking on her personal phone, ordering a pizza and then making a personal call. However, the gentleman that helped me was very professional and I was impressed by his knowledge and the speed at which he checked me out


Not very organized the guy was friendly enough but it took a long time to get checked in and they had to find enough moving pads. They probably needed more help.


The wai time was too long .Had to wait for trucks to be checked .

Customer service was terrible. I did contactless pickup and was forced to wait in a line inside a room for nearly an hour. When I asked why I couldn't get my key because I had already checked in, I was told “there is a line”. Everyone else in line was renting in person (I asked because the situation was so absurd), so I don't understand the point of registering online and choosing contactless when I had to wait in line with everyone showing up without any pre-arrangement. Contactless pickup is absolutely pointless if you're forced to wait in a line for an hour inside a room during a pandemic. Absolutely ridiculous. (First review of anything ever, that's how angry this experience left me)
