WOODEN TIE DOWN CLEATS ARE FLIMSY ALONG THE WALLS OF THE TRAILER. TOO SMALL FOR AVERAGE ROPE OR LINE BY A LONG SHOT. SUGGEST YOU INSTALL SOME DECENT SIZED "D" RINGS OR LARGER SIZE, AS WELL.

The majority of vehicles sold in America do not use a 4-pin connector; they use a 7-pin connector which comes installed standard on large SUVs, vans, and trucks. U-haul prefers to install 4-pin connectors as a revenue stream--selling the 7-to-4 pin "adapter" for about $14 each. Its time for Uhaul to use the standard 7-pin adapter or rent the adapter for a small fee since most renters are not repeaters.

When I picked up the truck at 3:00pm and got it home I discovered the cargo door had a lock on it. I was pressed for time so my wife drove the truck back to the U-Haul Center where they removed the lock. At that time they gave us a credit for 20 miles(or $20.00)toward our final cost. When I returned the truck the following day a little after 12noon I noticed the odometer reading was at 50057. When I took the truck out on the previous day the odometer read 50036 as shown on my paper work. After the truck was checked in I notice the final charge did not reflect credit that I was promised and noted on my original paperwork. After repeatedly questioning the discrepancy and also verifying returned odometer reading with the lot attendant as being 50057 I went inside to resolve the discrepancy with an associate inside. The associate Erika quickly realized the problem was the lot associate outside had entered the return odometer reading as 50070. Just to make sure, she went outside to the truck to see for herself what the reading was. She came back in and verified to me the odometer was at 50057. Which mean a total of 21 miles had elapsed, and not 34. She stated since the return odometer reading was already entered into the system, she could not adjust that, but she could adjust the credit applied from $22.00 to $30.00. She asked me if that’s OK. Even though the overcharged me for the mileage, and partially credited it back to me I said OK.You have to understand, by this time I just wanted to go home and take a shower. I was beat and tired and just wanted to get out of there. But I’ll never be back, and if anyone was to ask me about U-Haul, I’d be sure to share this experience.

The person who hooked up the trailer was very nice, but didn't know how to work the equipment. She had no clue how to work the trailer. Luckily I did. I'd suggest a good bit of training.

I always appreciate the service. I grew up less than 1 mile from that Uhaul and that was the first time 30 years that I had been there. I've been to a variety of different locations before in the past. Thanks -

Have the managers not smoke in vehicles when they are moving them around the lot. My vehicle reeked of sour cigarette smoke, and I don't smoke.

Customer service was on point. My reservation was initially not prepared for early pickup, but the guy on call came in early and made it right. Definately will use this place again if I have to.

Make sure that the tires are good on your trailers before you run them out I had a blowout that cost me five and a half hours worth of wait time to wait for someone to bring me a tire I would also recommend you put a spare tire on those trailers just in case

I like the way you keep up data from my last rental. It expedites the pick up and return. I will be a customer for a long time . Note: You need to stock more 6x12 utility trailers with ramps.

Somewhat uninviting when first entering the office and with rep at the desk, but the person doing the trailer hook-up was very personable.
