I was given an unsafe vehicle. It pulls to right, it shutters at take off, RPM revs to 4.5 if you hit your brakes going down a hill, the right front tire is very worn on the back side, took almost 400 to get here. It was 600 miles. I was getting about 150 miles on a full tank.
