They did not return the trailer I dropped off causing uhaul to ask me to return the trailer and further complicating the process. They are shotty at best and will not pick up the phone when called. I would rather drive 2 hours to Denver to get a uhaul then go back here.

Attendant was very friendly and helpful.

You changed my drop-off location while in route to colo. the new location was an hour away and then you charged me for being low on gas to get to the new location. The worst company ever. I will drag my stuff down the highway by hand before I rent another truck from you.

Have someone available to drop the truck off too.

We were very pleased with the ease of rental and pickup of the U-Haul truck.
MIRIAM H. en
Only interacted with personnel over the phone, but they were professional and kind. I haven't had any problems since dropping off the truck, so that's definitely a plus.

brakes froze up just north of Albuquerque and had to move entire load to a new trailer.

Nothing. Easy rental and return. Thanks!

The truck is brand new it was a delight. A previous driver left a pair of expensive prescription glasses in the truck that were overlooked when it was given to us. Is there anyway to get these return to the proper owner?

Although the Leadville location at Mellienium Towing exceeded my expectations (efficient and pleasant personnel ), I would like to have a U-Haul location closer to Silverthorne, Frisco area. It is incredibly inconvenient for a resident of Summit County to have to travel 45 minutes to an hour away to Kremmling or Avon or Leadville to pick up or drop off a U-Haul trailer.

Leadville is Leadville but the lady was glad to get a truck in. All and all it got the job done all is good.

I dropped off the rental truck and it was closed at 4P. I had no interaction with anyone at this location and had to do self check in. In addition I was charged a $20 fee for returning to this location even though it was set up on my contract to return to Leadville. After my overall experience, I will never rent from Uhaul or recommend them.

Nothing I can think of.

Do not upgrade the equipment without consent and do not wait until I pick up the trailer to tell me I've been upgraded. The trailer was to large and heavy to take the road I needed to travel and it was to late to change me travel plans. I ended up spending alot more time and gas money having to make multiple trips of cargo in my car up my road. Was also not credited the inconvenience fee as promised.

You mislead people, Uhaul! I looked up the truck information online and knew the truck got about 10 miles to the gallon. I know that can vary with wind and climbs, but I did not get close to 170 miles, when it was on E. I was told by the check out person and on the contract that the tank takes 17 gallons to get to 3/8 full and that the total tank takes 40 gallons to fill. However, the tank went to almost E after 120 miles and when I put in 30 gallons it was almost full. First, it was dangerous that if I had not come to a gas station in 130 or so miles, I would have run out of gas and second, you falsely lead people into over filling before drop off. The extra gas cost me about $20.00. Unfair!!
