We have always used this location. Last time we used it we were picking up furniture from Home Depot. Also, they are always well stocked of packing materials. And more! But it is important that they give us all important information. I haven't needed uhaul in quite awhile and was not aware that if checking in after hours I needed to check my vehicle in on my phone. I wasn't told that at the desk. Although it was in my contract I do feel that is a very important piece of information to hear. Just as important as bringing the vehicle back with the same amount of gas. Seems this is a new feature I do believe it should be stressed at the desk. I was charged 2 days instead of one. The staff took great care of me and corrected my bill. Also I was told a different mileage. After speaking with the second lady I'm assuming the First Lady (lol) just got her numbers mixed up. Overall, this is not only the best place to rent a vehicle but if you only need packing materials go to a uhaul! They have everything! From mattress bags, tv packing boxes to those corner sponge things for your frames or mirrors. We have often chosen uhaul for any sort of packing items instead of Walmart/Target. Upon my arrival, there were about 4-5 gentlemen in employee uniforms standing out front talking and fraternizing while it appeared to be on the clock. I pulled up to the "return equiptment" location in the parking lot and as I'm pulling in, they continue to socialize. I asked where I should leave it or should I pull foward more and no one was quick to answer me. So driving very slowly and confused of where to place my vehicle in park so they could detach the auto transport, they continue to look at me as if I was suppose to know where they wanted it. I felt unattended to and unappreciated for my business due to the lack of professionalism and the unwillingness to stop conversing, and actually do the job that they are paid to do and help me. I had rented a one way rental for 2 days. In the middle of the drive at about the 24 hour mark, I get a call reminding me that the truck was due back by 2 the following day because of another rental.......your stock is not my problem. I had it rented till 2, I would have brought it back by 2. As it was, I turned it in WAY early. I didn't call you and ask for a refund on the time, did I? No need for a phone call from you or the company rep. If it's that close with inventory, that's something that you need to handle on your end, without reminding me. I've never been hounded to return any vehicle on time due to scheduling on your end. Suddenly, Penske looks rather inviting. Please learn from your mistakes. Don't hound people to return (or make them feel as if they need to) a vehicle early. I paid good money for the truck, to use for 48 hours. I used it for approximately 42. I could have used it for one more trip but I felt so guilty about YOUR schedule, I gave up and drove it back.....with more gas in it than you gave me in PHX.Robert B.

Well, my only suggestion it that seems yiu encourage your Lot staff not to yell profanities and the F-bomb in front of customers out on the Lot. As if me and my daughter were invisible. You could improve on your telephone and online help. I had a question and called the number on my form; however, I was told my wait would be 20 minutes. I stayed on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. I used the online help through u-haul.com, but no one responded to my question and I logged off after 15-minutes.John C.
