Alan M.I rented a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer. It had a nail in a tire and I had to bring it back to have it repaired. I drove though thunderstorms all the way. After arriving at my destination, I decided the weather was too severe to drive it back. I called U-Haul and spoke to Sean. He quoted me $99.00 to drop it off at my destination without having to pull it back through the storms. When I dropped it off, U-Haul charged me $399.02!!! What a heartless business! I spoke to Karen with U-Haul and she said they would not honor the quote from Sean?? Bad Business Model!
