I was overcharged. I booked online and declined everything. when I dropped it off I was charged for insurance which I had declined when I booked .
Richard D.Claimed to have not received the reservation due to being out of town all weekend, however the reservation was placed on Tuesday. After coming a 2nd time to pick up the U-haul (2 hours after the reservation time) they couldn't find the keys and didn't know how to finish the order for some reason so they had to call their boss to be walked through things. On a positive note, the people we spoke to at the location were very nice.
