The uhaul agent was incredibly rude to me. Speaking over me when the reservation details were wrong. The check engine light was on when I got the rental and was ignored about it. The inside of the cab also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had an asthma attack. I hope to never go to this location again. I contacted uhaul directly immediately after leaving the rental location. I was seriously appalled by how I was treated.

Marcus RNot do anything uhaul, thats what. The guy who transferred me over here lied about how much it was. These guys were great, but the original guys are dorks.
Marcus RThis should not be a uhaul location at all. Very rude guy. Uhaul would probably be doing him a favor by stripping the Uhaul out of there since it is obvious that he hates people in general!
