The men at this location were very nice and helpful. I really appreciate good customer service. I would highly recommend this location for anyone's moving neeeds.
carol sThe uhaul agent was incredibly rude to me. Speaking over me when the reservation details were wrong. The check engine light was on when I got the rental and was ignored about it. The inside of the cab also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had an asthma attack. I hope to never go to this location again. I contacted uhaul directly immediately after leaving the rental location. I was seriously appalled by how I was treated.

toni bIn returning the trailer, this place was a non-descript location that happens to do everything from selling cars to windshield repair. It stated that they opened at 9am but no one was there and the entrance to the lot was blocked by the numerous vehicles they had on their lot, so I had to park on the street and call the business. Luckily the guy answered his phone and said he was at Wal-Mart and was on his way, so we had to wait for him to get there for our drop off. I don't understand how this whole process could be so difficult as we were told by UHaul that they don't know where their equipment is at any given time?? Don't you keep track of what was rented out and where it was returned, so you should know. Really surprised at how disorganized this whole process was...
kurt bI was charged a cleaning fee even though I spent the time to ensure the vehicle I dropped off was clean.
Connor GWe dropped off after hours and was scheduled to drop off both equipment at different locations. When we arrived at the Hurricane location, parking was extremely tight and difficult to properly get equipment in effectively and we were quickly told to leave so that they could block off the entrance.

A man who worked there backed up and rolled the window down( I assumed to speak to me), so I asked if where I parked the truck was okay. He started throwing his hands up and smacking the steering wheel because I was bothering him and told me to "vamos". Men inside the building were just as dismissive and barely even acknowledged I was there. This place was a flipping joke and all I did was drop off keys.

Tom LThis location does not have a clear dropoff location, is a dusty ugly yard and the first thing the individual I spoke to said was oh we're going to have to charge you a cleaning fee. He was a rude oafish lump of a man, gouging to get an extra piece. Were he whom I rented from, I'd never recommend Uhaul to anyone. The fee was later refunded having called Uhaul corporate however the need to take that step for lack of corporate transparency is what sparks lack of confidence in any company. When one prepays and cleaning is a brief subsection that isn't outlined in any meaningful way, it creates a sense something is being hidden intentionally.

sean mGuy was fairly grumpy that there were some bugs on the front of the truck and complains about how hard it was to clean them and went on and on about it. This was never explained by anyone anywhere. Then he said he had to charge me $16 or else he'd loose his franchise. It was also almost impossible to safely enter the yard where we were supposed to drop it off.

Todd SThis location is a used car lot with a dirt parking lot. I generally do not like the neighborhood U-Haul locations. I would rather have a couple more REAL U-Haul locations than a bunch of neighborhood locations.

Charlene DUhaul called me the day before the pickup time for the trailer to inform me that the size I reserved would not be available at that location and I would have to drive 20 miles to another location to obtain a trailer of that size. Annoying to say the least. However, Uhaul offered me a larger trailer for the same price because one was available at my original pickup location which worked well enough. So the problem was solved and it worked well enough for me. However, it might not work for another person who might not have a vehicle powerful enough to haul the larger trailer offered. Just a thought.

Jorge OI made the reservation for St. George. You changed it to Hurricane the day before I picked up the car dolly. This caused me 30 miles round trip further than I anticipated. This made it very difficult on me as I had a very tight schedule.

Cameron PEquipment was damaged, in disrepair, only discovered hours after leaving the facility and attempting to use the trailer. I had to unload and return to the location to find a replacement rental which wasn't broken. Delayed the move by several hours.

Stacy SThis is the 2nd time I have used this location. This is the 2nd time I have had problems with the gas in the moving van. When I picked up the van Daniel said it was filled 3/8 to 1/2 a tank. I got in the van and it was only a hair above 1/4 of a tank. This time I took a picture and went and made Daniel come out and look at it. He said it's between 3/8 and 1/2 a tank. He wouldn't even look at it. hen I returned the van I filled it at a hair over 1/4 of a tank. No one was there to check the van in. I parked it and took another picture of the gas gauge. I put the keys in the drop box. When I received my receipt this morning I had been charged an additional $25.00 for 4 gallons of gas. I called Daniel. He was very rude and hung up on me. There was no reason whatsoever to react that way. I wasn't being rude or using bad language. He is very disrespectful towards women and unprofessional. I will never use this location again. Maybe not even uhaul again.
Lisa SFirst of all, noone was there at 9am for pickup. Couldn't get the uhaul until 10am. I drove the uhaul 12 miles and when I filled the gas tank it took 7.027 gallons of gas. It took $27.33 of gas. Which means the prior customer didn't fill it up and they didn't catch it or someone who runs these uhauls is siphoning gas out of the uhauls. There is no customer service at this location. They probably can't even spell customer service. I like renting uhauls but this is a very poor location.

Ben HWas difficult to park the unit in such a small opening. The worker didn't even care to know there were problems with the tail lights on the trailer. I don't believe he was even going to get them fixed for the next person.
diane mThe front guy was kinda of rude and just told me yo park the trailer down below and to not block any others. He came down shortly after with another customer and took the trailer off my truck and it rolled into my bumper. Didn't do anything but he did not say sorry or anything. He finished helping the other customer and the never came back to the office to check me out. He was rearranging trucks and trailers. The other guy in the office said I could go and I would get an email when he entered in as being returned. I got an email about 1 hour layer. Nir very professional

owen hCustomer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in Hurricane UT. Door was locked at pick up time. When the door was opened by the attendant there was no greeting. He said "what do you need." Very sharp and rude. As he was doing the paper work for the trailer a dog was wandering around the office then me, sniffing my crotch, and the attendant said very little. Only asking necessary question and sound annoyed the whole time. Like I was a bother and interrupting something, maybe his morning nap. When we hooked the trailer up he hooked the tongue up and took a picture. Walked back made sure lights worked but never did a walk around to inspect trailer. No check on tires or axel. Anything. Within 10 miles after leaving the yard I noticed a serious vibration. And discovered a tire was separating and bulging. Not wanting to return to that same location and be treated like shit I continued to Cedar city to have the tire switched out. To my astonishment I was treated no better in the Cedar location, and told they could do nothing to help. It's like a requirement to get bitchy employees. At this time I called road side assistance and they dispatched a tow truck from fricking BEAVER 50 miles away to help me. 3 hours later the tow truck arrived. And took 5 minutes to swap a tire and wheel from another trailer that the Uhaul location should have done for me. This was after making several calls and talking until blue in the face trying to get the Cedar location. FYI Cedar city is a town of more than 35.000 people. And at least 30 tire shops as compared to Beaver with the population do a few thousand. And 3 tires shops. Making someone wait 3 hours to get a 5 minute tire swap done. Wouldn't let me wait inside and it was over 100 degrees outside.

Darrin TFirst thing, the person at pickup got the wrong person after showing my ID. Then when I returned the trailer. The person wasn't there when they were open. Some other person there said drop off trailer and they would see it later. Very unprofessional!

Kevin LTruck was not in good repair. Wheels were out of balance so bad I wouldn't drive it in a long trip. Passenger side windshield wiper does not operate at all… UNSAFE !!! Desk person / Manager didn't seem to care one bit, I informed him of these things and he didn't even bother to acknowledge them, let alone write them down. He had a very poor attitude. One of the poorest experiences I've ever had with Uhaul!
