Malik HThe lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed to not the unit had not been swept out before being rented to us and we had asked for 6 blankets which were not delivered. We should have checked inside the trailer before we left. Other than this, the experience was very good.
DEREK DThe lockbox situation was confusing being on the other gate across the way. As a young woman alone at night, getting out of the car, walking across from gate-to-gate was a bit worrisome. Everything else was great about the location!
Khandyce PCustomer service was excellent. The truck was extremely dirty inside the cargo area and the ramp. Previous renter left cords tied to the rails, wire tied around an upper support, and there was an incredible amount of dirt and twigs in the cargo area.
