If you follow the pick up instruction video to the letter, you can easily get locked inside the gate with vehicles, WITHOUT the actual key to the vehicle you're picking up. They warn you during the video process, however box placement makes it almost impossible to avoid. Not well thought out at all.

Vehicle had no gas, the heater knob was inoperable as days are getting colder and there was cigarette ash on the center console. Additionally, I had to contact uhaul to get the key box number since it was not immediately provided. Other than that I will most likely use again

Please ensure the equipment requested is actually in the vehicle. I reserved an appliance dolly and only received a utility dolly which I need funding back because they are two different prices.

I have rented uhauls from this location about 3-4 times, however on this particular day customer service was the worst ever, no friendly customer service and the back of the truck had a small amount of trash inside. I definitely will NOT recommend this location to anyone because of the very unpleasant customer service, now I have to find another location to rent from.

The Uhaul representative was very nice. The truck stopped on me the day of my event. I had to have the truck unloaded. And it stayed in the middle of the street all day until someone came to fix it. Please have maintenance done on your vehicles before renting out to customers.

The location is off the beaten path. I actually missed it and had to turn around to find it all the way in the back of a crowded strip mall space. Also, when dropping the keys off to the rep, he was busy counting cash. I tried to get the vehicle checked in properly but he just said I’ve got you. I asked for a receipt snd he said he’d email it. I went back in as I realized I forgot to turn off the lights. He said not the Worry about it “I’ve got you,” Had I been provided the applicable service (time and attention) I would not have forgotten the candy wrapper left in the cup holder. I would have completed a full walk through but he looked as if he was busy prepping for closing and I wanted to be sure the truck was brought back on time. I never received the email receipt but they had the audacity to send a receipt for a cleaning fee of $25! I’m not happy about that and will dispute the charges.

Location accused me of not returning the vehicle and told me they were reporting me to the local police then hung up on me. Less than ten minutes later they located the vehicle in the exact location I told them I left it. They did not update me on finding it and refuse to apologize.

The truck was infested with roaches. "Infested" as in they had a full-on nest there with 30+ adults and the babies, crawling on the walls and the ceiling. I dumped 2 cans of RAID into it, but it wasn't enough and some of them got into my things.

Truck was dirty. Details of reservation were not honored. Paid for a dolly and it was not included. The miles on the contract were different from the starting mileage in the van (over 100 mile difference). Could not reach anyone to discuss and hope I will not be charged for over 200 miles as I did not drive 200 miles. Just a bad UHaul experience

Please give exact location of facility when someone makes a reservation. I had difficulty locating this site because it is not directly on Cullen but hidden behind buildings In a small center and has to be accessed through a small alley.

When I opened the back of the truck, roaches scattered everywhere. Thankfully, the attendant was understanding and let me rent a different truck. However, please be sure to bomb the trucks with roach fog to kill them all. What I saw was disgusting.

Instructions weren't clear about getting the key, which was OUTSIDE the secure truck area. If a person was alone, they would have to use the code to enter the secure area, then get the code for the key box, which was outside the secure area, then somehow get out of the secure are to pick up the truck key. Then they would have to re-enter the truck area. Confusing. Fortunately there were two of us--one to go inside and the other to use the code to get the key out.

For my reservation (Reservation #: 28000843), the moving utilities were not inside the truck - dolly and furniture roller. I called the service line and requested a refund for these items that were not inside the truck for my use.

If I returned the the haul a whole day early I should get some of my money back. I was forced to pay for two days I didn't need. If I could rate the over all experience it wouldn't be excellent, more like average.

The lady there was very rude. She made threats to me about calling the police because I had the uhaul a day over. Over charged me on miles, gas and cleaning the vehicle.

I got charged and the customer service rep (or help guide for the location, NOT the site manager) was so rude and lacked compassion. I didn't receive a callback nor letter saying why I would still have the charges remain on a technicality. This will dissuade me from renting with Uhaul.

The lady who didn't seem to want to help at the counter to your poorly written self help process. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to this location I had the displeasure of visiting. Then to charge me 20 to check in after I used the app is totally ridiculous. Customer service is truly becoming a lost art and the individuals I've come in contact with in your organization continues to prove my point.

I loved the customer service at my pockup location. The lady thete was eager and willing to assist me with my reservation. I will definitely ise this location in the future. We only used the unit one day and returned it early to ensure someone else needing a 10ft would have it avaliable. My drop off howeber, was unsettling.
