Tryed to get the rental in honeoye, said it was unavailable so sent me to conesus. Got there and U-Haul was unavailable, then sent me to honeoye to get a U-Haul. Wasted over an hour of my time gas money and messed my moving plans. Next time will deal honeoye in person instead of you guys on the phone since you don't inform people of changes

Easy drop off procedure
