I can't answer the above questions because the facility was closed. It was veterans day! On the web site it stated that the hours may differ on Veterans day bit they never stated CLOSED. Therefore I can't answer the questions about location, personnel helpful. Now that I know how it works I will definitely recommend and use your service again.

The word locks are so weather worn that I was unable to retrieve my key. It took over an hour until someone assisted me as the employee who was there refused to help me.
PAMELA CPoor customer service. The moving blankets i requested and paid for wasn’t in the truck when i placed the order through the app and i got lip from the lady in store stating how she supposed to know ito know if i placed the order? Honestly the entire experience was sad and I won’t be going back to U-Haul
Elliott PI ended up with a broken truck and even though it was handled, I’m surprised I had to pay full rate for the inconvenience. When equipment fails, I think a percentage off should apply.
MELISSA JOverall the truck was clean but could use some more dusting and wiping down.
