My driver picked up the vehicle from U-Haul he called me when he was talking to your employer I cannot believe what I was hearing he was overly rude he was talking very loud to my driver this is the second time I went through this that they did not want to take my credit card over the phone instead of explaining why they cannot take it over the phone he was rude disrespected my driver in front of other customers I know that you guys record all calls he should not be dealing with customers he should be working in a prison somewhere I do know some of your workers has a bias problem with different races I know that for a fact. Thank you I still will use U-Haul but please do not let a couple of bad apples drag the good name of U-Haul Down I work for U-Haul 15 years ago not always know that U-Haul is one of the greatest companies in the United States I just hope you screen your employees lot better before hiring them what I learned from you all customer service keep the lights on thank you again. Probably can't improve. Biggest issue is store hours. I dropped the uhaul off at 3pm with no one present at the facility. Still not sure what the final charges were. Also they sent my online order for boxes to a different location from the uhaul pickup location... very inconvenient.Veniamin K.
3 hours into our 10 hour trip to Oregon, as it was getting dark, I noticed the tail lights on the trailer weren't working. Instead of driving on through as planned, we had to stop & get a motel room. I'm not happy having to spend an extra $150 for a motel room. I feel your technician who hooked my trailer up in Fresno knew they weren't working, yet was too lazy to correct it. Just my opinion. Leave it up to you to look into that but I won't be using Uhaul ever again unless I get compensated for the $150 motel expense.Stanley P.

I think it's just the one guy, the office closed at 1pm the day I was supposed to pickup vehicle. Not a holiday. 5pm was the latest he was open any day. Other than that it was excellent, quiet location very quick service.Kenneth J.

The van ran great and handled well for a van. It was a little under powered for its size but i had to go a ling way and over hills. I was a bit surprised that a brand new van didnt have a usb charge port or bluetooth on the radio but it is ment for in town travel more. Denny at pickup and drop off was extremely helpful and knew his stuff. He got me going quickly and smoothly at both exchanges. Frendly and personable, good man.Mark N.

I was not sent a contract or reservation number in the beginning of the rental. I was charged $60 up front, and then another $35 at the close of the contract. I accidentally kept the dolly and when I went to return it on 2/7, the the was closed despite having hours posted that business was open until 3pm. Upon calling the Uhaul line, I was transferred twice. Clear pricing is needed up front with a contract that can be viewed. Store hours should be the store hours and the store should not be closed because of the super bowl, which is what the site associate stated.Jose M.

Hire more clerks like the one at this location. His professionalism, efficiency, and customer service skills are unparalleled.
