Tina Y.I made my reservation almost a month ahead of time when I called to confirm the lady said she had no idea who I was they didn't have a reservation for me she's talking to another girl in the room and not even putting me on hold so I can hear everything they say Then they put me on hold finally said that my reservation was at another place which I did not make it I made it closest to my home called that place and got the directions guy was rude not very customer friendly shouldn't even be in the customer related business get there Not very friendly overall it was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul and I used you guys all the time

cynthia D.Even though I registered for 24/7 rental using the app, the app required 'hand delivery' in person. This was VERY! frustrating as we intended to pick up the vehicle an hour before the location opened but instead had to wait for the location to open. This is not an issue related to this particular location (the attendant at this location was very apologetic and helpful). Phone discussions with customer service indicated the app has a bug allowing a vehicle to be reserved as 24/7 rental that was NOT eligible for 24/7 rental. U-Haul needs to fix the reservation process and the app.

He helped me checked in and the rental van was all ready. I have been renting from Uhaul for years and I never had an issue. Thank you to the associate that helped me with this very recent rental!

After an awful experience the last time I used uhaul at a Sacramento location, the clean truck and polite and speedy service at this dealership renewed my confidence in the company and it's partners. The after hours drop off was a life saver that spared us a lot of stress. 10/10 would rent from there again.

Chantele C.The gentleman that helped me was amazing he showed me how to hook the trailer how to make sure it is locked and how to make sure I don't overload the trailer a certain way he showed me and educated me about a lot of things I did not know which he went over and Beyond customer service any questions that I asked were answered and explained I believe he went over and Beyond you don't find people that do that very often in customer service anymore yes I would highly recommend this site they were very professional I'm glad that I went to this location and I will be returning as a customer to that location because of how well and how he treated me as a customer like I was a value customer
