The truck cab had a pretty foul odor, so that tends to make me feel like it was not cleaned well. Customer service representative was extremely nice and helpful.ROGER N.
My entire experience was an absolute shit show sorry for my language. I live in Ohio my uncle is recently disabled so we were moving him from his home in Kentucky to OH. A uhaul rep was supposed to call me the day prior never didâ€¦ I tried to call and waited on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. My uhaul and tow package were at two diff locations in Hebron Kentucky I was calling to verify. At 7 am I received two Phone calls back to back from uhaul verifying my reservation finally. Iarrived at 9 am to the facility after driving 4 hours and I was told our truck was not at this location but 40 minutes away, the way we just came. There were two other couples in the facility with the same issue. I was told however this location had my tow dolly. So after driving 40 min each way I arrived back at the facility around noon to a note on the door which I have a picture of that states they were closed for an emergency. I then had to call uhaul and drive another 25 min each way to get the tow dollyâ€¦ finally at 2 pm I was able to start loading. This truck had faulty wipers that flew off in the rain on the way back to Ohio and the gears did not shit properly this truck was a death trap. We were given extra miles for all of the run around and told we'd receive a $100 refund which in my opinion isn't even enough to compensate my personal gas wasted but we then only received $50 refund. I've never had a bad experience with uhaul this was crazyVINCENT R.

What is the extra $40 charge?? I tried to return my rental through the app however it said it could not determine the location. When I asked the lady behind the counter what I should do, she said," Oh that's ok just park it with the keys inside in the "return lane" and you are good to go."Robin P.

The right tail light stopped working 10 minutes into my rental. I paid for the use of a WORKING TRAILER. One that was hauling my expensive motorcycle. This is a known issue by uhaul. Yet you still continue to rent non working trailers â€¦â€red tapeâ€ indicates a wiring issue, correct? FIX IT. If you're going to charge me full price for a trailer then to should be in SAFE WORKING ORDER! I plan on renting another trailer in October and I will be likely looking into another company.Amanda G.
Return process not the greatest. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up behind the counter then was told the person outside should have checked me out but she was of little help as she told me to go inside. Person inside just took the key and told me I was good and to go ahead as I was leaving to catch a flight. Not too sure what my final bill was.Charles H.

This is a very busy location that could possibly benefit from an additional person on Saturdays. There were at least 3 sets of people waiting to get equipment when I returned my rented trailer. I've now rented 5 trailers and 1 small box truck and dealt with both these locations for ALL my rentals because of their attention to details, cleanliness, availability of equipment, friendliness and expertise of personnel. I've tried renting and obtaining equipment from other locations in the gatlinburg tn area and was snubbed at more than one of those locations, Airport Ministorage is ALWAYS open their posted hours and ALWAYS willing to provide information and help as needed! And has gone beyond what I would consider necessary acommodation at least once by loaning me their PERSONAL moving blankets when they were completely out of company supply.Karen G.

Complete information about the trailer would be useful. A 6 x 12 trailer with a gate would have been enough for my haul today but the gate opening is roughly 5 feet.Darryl S.
The online check in takes far too long. You should be able to take and upload all the driver license photos and have them "approved" before you're standing in the parking lot having to use up your data to share photos and wait in the hot, cold, or pouring rain to get approved!MILENA F.

Before driving to pick up your U-Haul, call ahead to make sure they are ready for you. Our truck wasn't available when we reserved it a week ahead of time and they ended up â€œfinding us a truckâ€ that was smaller than what we reserved causing us to spend way more money than expected. They were totally unapologetic and it cost us way more than expected. We will not be using U-Haul again.LARRY R.
