Pre check your trucks for damages before you give it to a customer. I had 2 trucks given to me with damages. 1 was missing a passenger side mirror & had side swiped something, and the other one had a flat front passenger tire. I had to wait a whole hour for another truck which through my schedule way off. Just check the Damn trucks accordingly.

1. Hire staff that get along with each other. The 10am duo did not mix well. 2. Don't allow customers to reserve moving equipment that will not be available. 3. Give frequent refreshers to new employees on common procedures. My rep took ten minutes to refund me for two boxes. Comment: Tell customers to lock latch before opening door on 15' truck. I didn't and had a very difficult time closing the door.


Employee Connie very rude and disrespectful. After speaking rudely to me , she walked away from the counter And never returned leaving me Standing there Not receiving any service. Another Counter staff person, who was off duty, stepped in to handle my order. She got a chair for me to sit in because my legs have given out. I would still be standing there at the counter if it wasn't for that off duty employee. I told that staff person I will be reporting this incident. The way she yelled out at me!! So GHETTO!! Then continue to go back and forth with me . We were actually sparing ! This person should not be attending to the public. I believe she is a relative or personal friend of the Mgr. Other wise no professional Mgr would have an ignorant loud talking person working their front desk!! Rolling her eyes and jumping up out of their seat and storming out of the room. Who does that to customers ? If you check my history, My organization does business with UHaul. I think I should try another co. I definitely WON'T RETURN TO THE TELEGRAPH /8 mile location. Besides, I had to wait in line for 45 mins! And I had a Rsvp. Being almost 70, my stamina and gait is not strong. I can't stand a long time and this most certainly put your employee Connie in an outburst against me. So long U haul.

Pre- check the trucks. I reserved a truck & when I got it , it had flat tire. They gave me another one it was missing a passenger side mirror and had been damaged on the side. The 3rd truck I got was new. I was offered a discount in the amount of 19.95 for the truck But never received my discount on my receipt from September 14, 2020. I still got fully charged.


The truck ran very hard. Customer service was slow and distracted.

This has been the seemless and easy process I've ever had at any U-Haul place. The pickup was easy and the young lady was very helpful at nice at 7am... and the drop off after hours using the app was perfect. I'll pass other U-Haul locations just to come to this one. .

The system was down and I and other customers had to wait over an hour to check out the truck. When I finally got the truck, there were no more of the dollies I reserved. The staff seemed to have an attitude with everyone and was not very pleasant. This is the second truck I rented in 3 months and there was company-wide outage each time. I will look for other moving resources the next time its needed.

The pickup interaction took 45 minutes. The boy helping me pick up the truck spent time chatting with his coworker about non work related matters, while I was waiting. That wasted a good amount of time. The air conditioning in the truck didn't work. U-Haul has notoriously bad service, but this place is especially bad, even for uhaul.

Customer service at this location is terrible! Wait times are too long and seems to be no urgency to get the customers out the door and on their way. Additionally, the mobile app sucks! It too cumbersome and clunky. It really needs a lot of work. It took me literally 20 mins just to check in/out using the app. The customer experience was not good and the connectivity times was terrible.

I had a reservation for 9am, however the national server for uhaul was down and it took the share 24/7 app forever to upload my information to obtain the location of truck info and key code for access box. I had an event and timing was everything and once logged into the system it timed out my reservation and I had to reserve the van at 11 am and await for approval online. I should be compensated to this inconveience.

Trailer pickup took me more than an hour. Rep in the counter was distracted and had no interest in letting me rent. No instructions after the paperwork was complete about trailer pickup. After waiting for 20 min I was asked to go find the trailer. Tire pressure was low and when I asked for help, the guy was busy looking at his cellphone for 15 min, had to try 2 different hoses due to some issue. Will never go back again. Large place but not enough people to help customers. Only help was the older gentleman who was nice and responsive


The truck itself was clean. The truck needs a lot of service it was shaking really really bad it took a minute to pick up speed it feels like the transmission is slipping I did report it once I took it back to the shop I wasn't even compensated. I can say the gentleman that helped me when I first got there was very nice and polite
