The vehicle was not ready in time, we had to wait 2 hours and the person working there was not very helpful and knowledgeable of how to give us the vehicle. We are very frustrated and disappointed with this service.

The location that I used was very confusing. I had a really hard time obtaining my truck and getting the key. I also paid for dollies and there were no dollies in the truck and I wasn’t sure how to get those either all in all it made my heart pretty difficult. I’m never going to rent a U-Haul from a location that doesn’t have a live person attendant again.
Sally VTank given to me on empty but location accepted it as a 1/4 tank and passed this on to me. I then had to fill the tank immediately on moving day and ended up over filling. I feel wronged for having to pay for your trucks gas. I also have a quote which about doubled in cost at the location versus what I reserved online. Tenant stated that the mileage fees were not included in the quote, and because this was the day of my move I just accepted it. Then getting into the truck, I open it up to see glass all over the fucking bed of the truck. The lack of attention to detail and unexpected up-charges presented by U-Haul is the worst. I will avoid using or recommending U-Haul and use a more competent and transparent vendor next time.

SIERRA DI reserved a van a few days ahead of time and reserved it for a pick up time before the location was open, but was informed I could still pick it up through the app. When I arrived, the vehicle type I'd reserved was not available or ready for app pickup and I had to call a customer service number. They were then able to change my reservation to a different vehicle type, but a larger vehicle. Customer service was very helpful, but I was frustrated because I had reserved the specific van vehicle type to make my loading easier. Where I had planned to load from, had a lower clearance than the truck I ended up renting, so we had to walk much farther for loading. Wish I had been informed that my chosen vehicle type was not available for pick up outside hours. Would have saved me time and effort
