The woman who checked me out was rude. The gentleman who I returned the van to was also rude.
Nicole GThe app for mobile pick-up and drop-off was awful. It took forever to get it to accept photos and eventually reset on me entirely and removed my reservation from the system.
Luke ALocation is inside an auto shop. Confusing to locate. Auto shop staff kept interfering yet do t know the process, etc. Chris, the U-Haul rep, is exceptional. Knowledgeable, helpful, customer oriented. But he is in a bad situation. The vehicle was not roadworthy. Had trouble immediately upon starting the trip. Roadside assistance gave conflicting info on several occasion and were unsympathetic to our situation and placed blame on us. Repair person cancelled and no one told us, we waited the full 45 min before finding out. Ultimately this cost us about 4 hours on top of our 9 hour road trip. This was the worst experience. Chris tried to be helpful but was limited in what he could do or the info he could access. Roadside assistance clearly wanted to put blame on him, which would be unfair and unfounded. Roadside assistance was terrible.
CHRISTINA MI would recommend tire replacement on the smaller ramp trailers - they are pretty bad
