Drop of location was confusing. Trailers and trucks were at 3 locations. No one was at location. Drove around looking for where to drop off. Will never rent from uhaul again. Then uhaul wanted to charge me another $20.00 I'm guessing from being late , since I drove around and around trying to figure which lot was correct. Experience was the horrible. Thanks for nothing

Location was very helpful in helping me get a truck on short notice which was much appreciated.
