All Star Rental and the employees there were great. My only recommendation is for U-Haul to make rentals less expensive by charging a low flat rate with unlimited miles, regardless of rental duration.

The gas tank wasn't full and it cost me $25 in gas for a 10 mile trip.

April B.You can make it more clear on the reservation that customers are charged per mile. I do not feel that it was clear enough on the reservation page and am very frustrated with the final charges, especially considering they came through a few days after my rental and nothing was mentioned of it during drop off. I had thought everything was done and good to go, but imagine my surprise when I received another invoice.
