Customer service is poor, they verify everything by themselves, they do not go over anything with the customer. I do not want to use this location again. We have several other times in the past and I have noticed that my ending bill is ALWAYS higher than it should be. I have complained several times about it and nothing has ever been done. I was told this most recent time that all dealers are allowed to run their U-haul how they want to. I do not think that is acceptable. If the main stores have to do certain things that are expected of them by corporate the dealers should follow suit and not make up their own rules. I was looking at the U-haul items that they sell and the prices are insane! We purchased shoulder dollies from the Galley location and they were $50.00 they have them priced at $75.00 at this location. That is ridiculous.

I would definitely be sure that my employees are all ovarian where that when they are taking a payment from a customer over the phone for the truck rental to make sure that they are very aware that it is only for the insurance for the vehicle alone and not for them themselves and they would still need to provide that I like me I was not told that I'm so now I'm asked out of money that I seriously need wasn't just the $19 it's actually more than that do not have to go and find a different truck rental cost me a hundred more on top of what I should have been able to pay in the first place given the holidays and everything else I am in a serious predicament right now as far as my finances and not being able to properly move as well as to provide for my children as I should be able to the money that was taken was off of my child support and now corporate refuses to give me my money back due to their negligence in their fault I really think that that is a poor excuse for a good business business ship and I feel as though you guys need to treat your clients and customers a whole lot more better and respect them or with their money their time and what's going on for it's us that you require the business from.as well as the customer service is unsatisfactory is well for I asked for corporates number and instead of receiving it after the multiple times of asking I just keep being told and a high sadiddy sarcastic way that they've talked to them so I don't need to go for I can't have a number I know should I not be granted my money I will take other legal actions cuz again it wasn't just $19 it ended up being a whole lot more out of my pocket.

The trailer had a couple of blown out attachment points that definitely need to be fixed, but the service was friendly and fast and I felt like if I had said something about the trailer quality they would have figured out a way to help me out. I would definitely go back to this location again. They felt honest and easygoing.

No one, I mean no one let me know about the cost per mile. The website where I reserved the truck and the guy I got the truck from. No one. So the cost of my move doubled!!!! I'm very very upset!!!!

They had just had a snowstorm the day before so everything was covered in snow and ice. I rented a tow dolly and they set things up just fine Dlly worked fine for the whole 800 miles. Only problem was getting the straps to release, but hot water thawed them out and then they worked perfectly.

My issue was actually the cost. I checked the mileage very specifically. I drove 90 miles each way, so 180 miles total. At $0.79 per mile, that should be $142.2, plus $19.95 comes to $162.15. The estimate that I was charged was $211. I also used your gauge to determine that I needed to put 12.5 gallons of gas in the thing, which I did, but I was then charged for two extra gallons of gas, bringing my total charges to just over $228. The math doesn't add up, and as a result I'm unlikely to use Uhaul in the future.

I don't appreciate being charged twice for equipment. I wasn't aware of this until boxes showed up at my door two days after I drove back to Colorado With a trailer from Arizona.

We filled the truck gas tank up before dropping it off, the next thing I know is I get a bill the next day and was charged $10 in gas because they said it was at 7/8 and not full. I don’t know if somebody siphoned gas out after we dropped it off because the location was closed at seven when we dropped it off and the people at U Haul or unwilling to do anything, in fact they said that they did me a favor because U Haul wanted to charge me $17 and they only charge me 10. But I can tell you that it took eight dollars to fill it up when we were at the gas station so I know we filled it . I will never use you all weekend because I think they screwed me

Although I was helped, I got there before closing time to return my truck and was told that they had closed 15 minutes prior to my arrival. Another employee remarked that they stay open until the time posted, not close early on Fridays.

What can you do to improve for the next customer? Try having the trailer that I had reserved at the original location that I reserved it at. Also make sure the owner/manager doesn't yell and try to blame me for his mess up. He was extremely rude yelling that it wasn't his fault and this was in front of other customers, not just me. He didn't seem to grasp the meaning of a reservation and proceeded to tell me reservations don't matter, its first come first serve and he rents to who they wont. I had to drive miles out of the way to a different location to pick up the trailer. Also when I spoke to the Uhaul "traffic" person at the toll free number she refused to rent me the trailer unless I promised to drive way out of my way again to drop it off versus at the location that did not keep my reservation. I have never been treated so rude and amazed at the lack of care and customer service by the 800 number and the manager at the original location.

I was wanting a 4x8 box trailer and was sent an email to pick it up at this location when I got there they didn’t have one only the 6x8. I really wanted the smaller lower profile trailer and was ver perturbed that they didn’t have one like they said. I took what the had but wasn’t happy about it.

Nothing really. This place is always easy to work with. Reserved a 10 foot truck but needed to upgrade to the 15 footer so I could have the ramp, and they did it on spot within 2 seconds. So no complaints. This is where I almost always get my Uhaul from.

The trucks are dirty and the service is slow. There is no parking to leave your car and have to find parking elsewhere. The guy walking the truck with me told me to move my car and when asked where to park he replied" I dont know, down the street, you cant leave it there". Really unprofessional.

This Uhaul location was able to expedite procedures at checkout that another (brand new) location required nearly an hour to complete about 6 weeks ago. The loss of that hour made the rental not necessary for me; Uhaul lost that rental. Paperwork needs to be reasonable and efficient for both the renter and Uhaul to make the process work favorably for both.

Equipment is all over the place, the location is in a difficult part of town to navigate. There is almost no area to park privately owned vehicles. Personnel were professional and courteous.

Easy to pull in with the trailer being towed. Little difficult getting out you have to make a U-turn in the parking lot which is quite loaded with U-Haul equipment. She's okay and white little vehicle. Very friendly staff.
