Do not lie to customers about paying for extra mileage. Hire courteous representatives instead of rude ones who act as though the customer is lying. Don't send the customer miles out of the way for pick up and drop off without giving them extra miles for free.


Checked out with supposedly full tank. I tried to tell maanger/agent at the time that is was on the left side of full? He said it was "touching" so that constitutes full?!?! I drove 4 miles and had to put $6 of gas in it. Upon my return I informed the owner, and he said that he would only have put one gallon of gas in it. Guess this is the problem with our world...people doing this half-way without care for others! That floored me and they have lost my business and everyone I know!

I arrived at closing time on Saturday and was told that they were closing and could not check in my truck. The man told me I could do it online, but I had some trouble. Begore departing, a female employee helped me do the on line check in. She was the saving grace in what would have been a frustrating experience on both ends!

I will advise anyone using this location to rent a pick-up truck to write down the initial mileage #, have the attendant sign/initial beside the number and check the charged mileage against the final and initial mileage numbers they have recorded----I don't like being charged for more mileage than I actually used (I didn't get the attendant to attest to the initial mileage #). This won;t happen the next time!

The truck windshield was dirty on driving side and the truck had all kinds of trash under the seats. The people were the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with at U-Haul. I will never use this location again. They were slow. At times people were lined up at the door.

Your online check out was unweildly. If I was warned that I would need multiple emergency contacts and that you would contact them without an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else. It took 45 min to check out the vehicle and I eventually had to give up on the online version and have the store employees check me in.

Have the nessasary equipment. on the moving truck when customer ask for It and paid for it so overall the experience of renting a truck was good

I wouldn't recommend ANY uhaul to anyone!


Make sure gas amount is accurate: was told truck was full when it was actually half full. Straps came off both tires before first fill-up on the tow vehicle.


The rate was a ripoff, I was charged 105 dollars for a 29.00 dollar fee and I brought the truck back the same evening and I filled the tank up for the gas that I burned which was 17 dollars, so it benefited you and not me to use your service!


Every time I rent from here it's been great!!

Had to wait 30 minutes to get the keys to the vehicle that i had chosen to do the contactless pickup. The location had the key pickup boxes with combinations but they didn't use that so i had to wait until the only guy working there as done filling up school buses with propane. I understand he was the only one there I'm just confused because i had a 6:30 appointment and had to wait until 7 to get my keys when they could've been left in that box in the first place. Other than that, no issues.

The attendants were accommodating and had a disposition to provide the best service possible. They adjusted my scheduled pickup due to some heavy downpour, and got me going after checking the system (lights, turning signals etc.).


I had ordered a dolly for my truck rental, but the dolly wasn't on the truck. An improvement that can be made is: to double check and make sure the customer has all the products that they ordered!!


It was a very easy process picking up the truck and dropping off after hours. Only negative thing was when trying to actually call U-Haul there was always a 15 min hold time.

I selected to use the mobile app to not have to go inside and wait to be served. When I got there, I had to wait for 30+ minutes in line because they had the key inside and also did not have record of me reserving an appliance dolly.

There is nowhere in this survey to give feedback on the call center 1 800 U-Haul # Just to clarify there were no issues with the return location. My issue was communicating with the customer service 800 number. There's an obvious annoyance with long hold times. My biggest complaint was I got transferred multiple times and each time they were unable to help me with my concern. I spent well over an hour being transferred around and multiple long hold times between each transfer. Just to reiterate. My concern was not with this return location but with calling the U-Haul 800 number. Unfortunately they did not give me a resource in this survey to give feedback on that.


The staff at this location are awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. I lwft a single key in the cup holder and I was notified immediately. I didnt get very far. Thank you for such a great experience.

Employees not to be rude and act like they care about their job. Not I been working here forever and I do my job but I don't really like it so forget the customer and the business. Your employees at this location need more politeness training and customer service training!!!

Note: The service at my pickup location and drop off location was great. Customer service at the Memorial(Murfreesboro,TN) was terrible. 1. Have up to date/accurate equipment inventory for all Uhaul locations. 2. Be universal and consistent with opening and closing times for locations. 3. Have reliable debit/credit card processing. My latest experience with Uhaul was terrible and I will NEVER use Uhaul again.
